BW Error - Object Reference not set to an instance of an object

Dear Community,

I have been facing an issue while connect to SAP BW system 'SAP Business Warehouse: Object reference is not set to an instance of an object'. Not sure what needs to be done here. I installed SAP Secure Login Client and SAP .NET connector 3.0 but both could not resolve the problem. Local system's Environmental Variables are fine. Any help is appreciated here.

Regards,

Krishna Bairi

Hi, @Krishnabairi ;

Hi,

Please start Power BI desktop as administrator, then click on File -> Open to see if the same issue occurs. Also please ensure the pbix file is saved in local drive rather than network drive.

You can also refer to this solution:
