Azure SQL data warehouse - not enough memory

please see attached,

why is this happend?

As the error message states, there is not enough memory available for the query you are trying to load. I'm assuming you're using Import rather than Direct Query. In addition to upgrading PBI to 64bit (if possible), try rebuilding your report using Direct Query.
