Azure Pricing for Power BI

Actually, if you don't want to create virtual machine. You can simply create a dataflow entity in power bi service and connect to the data source like azure sql/data warehouse. You can refer to doc below about dataflow in power bi.

In addtion, the production mentioned in the link you given are power bi premium/enbedded. If your organization need dedicate capacity(node) and other more features, you can purchase premium license. If you want to embed power bi report to a third-party app, then you can purchase embedded license. You can compare the price and feature between each license from link below:

I would suggest you purchase an windows virtual machine if you want to create power bi report on azure. You can refer to the price plan from link below:

Thank you for your respone. you said create windows virtual machine but how to cerate environment for virtual machine ? I am confused for the same.I need azure cost for Power BI. I am researching on that and find some cost but i am confuesd see bleow link which is I was found .
