    Hi pjuvalainen ,

You’ve already checked most of the important settings for enabling Azure Maps visuals in Power BI. Here are a few more things you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Confirm Tenant-Level Settings:
Make sure you are a Power BI Service Admin or have tenant admin privileges. Sometimes, only admins can change these settings, and changes might take some time to propagate.

    2. Check for Conditional Access or Security Policies:
Sometimes, your organization may have Conditional Access or security policies set in Azure AD or Microsoft 365 admin center that can block certain visuals or external services. Ask your IT admin to review any such policies.

    3. Verify Network Requirements:
Azure Maps requires certain endpoints to be accessible. Ensure that your network/firewall/proxy is not blocking access to Azure Maps services. Here’s the official list of required endpoints:
      https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/azure-maps-visual#required-urls

    4. Browser or App Version:
If you’re using Power BI Desktop, make sure you’re on the latest version. If you’re in the Service, try a different browser or clear your browser cache.

    5. Session Propagation:
After changing tenant settings, sometimes it’s necessary to fully close and restart Power BI Desktop and even sign out and back in to the Power BI service.

    6. Check for Feature Rollouts:
In some cases, Azure Maps visuals may be in preview or rolling out gradually. Check Microsoft’s Power BI release notes to make sure the feature is fully available in your region/tenant.

If you’ve tried all the above and it’s still not working, I recommend contacting your Microsoft 365/Power BI admin to double-check all tenant policies, or opening a support ticket with Microsoft for more advanced troubleshooting.

Let me know if any of these steps help or if you need more details on any point!
