Azure Maps Reference layer ordering issue

Hi,

I was hoping if somebody could help with an issue I am having, which is the case since a few months in Azure Maps. When I use a reference layer in Azure Maps it's on top of the XY points while I want the points in front. The whole reference layer option is useless when having this as output. Especially when zooming out, I only see the reference layer. Does anybody know how I can solve this issue? Thanks!
