Axis with dynamic legend and stacked chart with 2 axes / values ​​(?)

I'm working with my team in a PBI desktop project and we needed to build a chart with dynamic legend, but it ins't working, do you guys have any example about it? Also, we couldn't make work the stacked chart with 2 axes/values, anyone have a ideia about what can we do?
