Avg. Visit per Day follow the Working Days

Hi BI Community Team,

I have a table of Visit Plan and we're looking for Avg. Visit per day by sales rep & Team.

Logic (by sales rep) : no. of visit plan / no. of working day 

Logic (by team) : no. of visit plan / total no. of sales rep belong to this team / no. working day

I have tried some measure, but it's not working correctly as the screenshot below.
