Good evening.
I am new to power bi and maybe somebody can help me with this.
i have a table that looks like the one bellow ,
values = count of ticktes open per day per quarter
But I do not want the count of the ticktes per day per quarter I want to show the average instead.
How can I do that in a dax.
this an example of what I have
| 2019/Q1 | 2019/Q2 | 2019/Q3 | 2019/Q4 | 2020/Q1 | 2020/Q2 | |
| WA/ID | 568 | 570 | 600 | 610 | 628 | 498 |
| OH | 132 | 138 | 145 | 150 | 155 | 90 |

Hi @lesieh2002 ,
If the data you present is in a matrix visual, try changing the way tickets are aggregated.
If the data is as shown in the table, try to perform an unpivot operation in the query editor. Then do the above.

Liang

@lesieh2002 , you need first unpivot the data and then use a table with qtr days and use that to divide. You can date the table and populate qtr end date in your table and join with that.
