Hi All,
Can some one help me where i am going wrong in arriving the average.
If i add the formula as Measure i don't get to see to Average it. Only its available with Column calculation.
And i don't have any option to change the Data type for measure.

It seems like you used sum() expression instead of average() function.
Please try to use Averagex() function, refer:

@RanjanThammaiah , you have already created the measure with SUM. Measure cannot change Aggregation .
You can do it that way.
averagex(SLI, SLI[Advisory SLI] +SLI[Assurance SLI] +SLI[TAX SLI] + +SLI[TAS SLI])
