Average of last working day if not blank

Hi!

I'm trying filter an average measure by the last working day that are not blank. Does anyone have a solution for this?

You're going to have to explain it a bit more. Can you show some sample data and an example based on it, with the expected result. Probably best to include the code of the measure as well.
