Average number based on day and relation

Hi,

I'm trying to get an average on the Laadmeter dossier based on the loading day (monday/tuesday etc) and based on the relation name.

So first I want to make a sum of the Laadmeter dossier based on the date and relation, and than I can use my date table and make a table at take the average of those sums.

I have 680k rows so it's alot more than this but it just gives you a better idea how it looks 🙂

Powerbi

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi Tim,

1. Which column is "loading day"? And the same question with "relation name".

2. Do you want the result base on the days or the weekdays (monday/tuesday)?

Maybe you can try the formula below. Let's know the result.

average =
AVERAGEX (
    SUMMARIZE (
        'table',
        'table'[loading day],
        'table'[relation name],
        "sumTotal", SUM ( 'table'[Laadmeter dossier] )
    ),
    [sumTotal]
)

Best Regards,

Dale
