Average measure with multiple filters

Hi,

I have the following measure which is working: 

Measure 2 = 
CALCULATE ( 
    AVERAGE ( India[% Pay Increase] ),
    FILTER(ALL (India), 
    ([Career Step] = "Step 1" && [Current Salary] < 402000)
    ))

But i want to add two more filters and I can't get it working!

I'd like to add filters for:

• Career Step = 2 and Current Salary < 598000
• Career Step = 3 and Current Salary < 966000

All data is in the same table ('India')
