Average for this hour on this day

 I am looking to calculate a measure for  the average number of nofications sent per hour for that realtive day.

what is the average number of notifications for tuesday at 6am for the entire data set ( 2mil rows)

then i am hoping to compare it to the current hours volume of notifications

i have create measure counting ID and calculated measure for count today

i am tracking notifcations that are sent out, over time and then trying to get a granular view of notifications sent today in coparision to the past. i have made calculated columns identifying today and this hour

ISDay Of Week =
VAR Currentrowdate =
FORMAT ( 'Date'[Date], "mm/dd/yyyy" )
VAR istoday =
FORMAT ( TODAY(), "mm/dd/yyyy" )
VAR DayOfWeek =
DAY ( Currentrowdate )
VAR TodaysDay =
DAY ( istoday )
RETURN
IF ( DayOfWeek = TodaysDay, "yes", "no" )

IS This Hour =
VAR NotifcationHour =
HOUR( NotificationData[Notification_Time] )
VAR ThisHour =
HOUR( NOW ())
RETURN
IF ( ThisHour = NotifcationHour, "yes", "no" )

the issue i am running into it seems is that when i use them together it gives me a blank for "this hour" and "this day "

Thanks!

I am using this logic to identify things that are haping in this hour in the past but it isnt working properly.

any idea why?

IS This Hour =
VAR NotifcationHour =
HOUR( NotificationData[Notification_Time] )
VAR ThisHour =
HOUR( NOW ())
RETURN
IF ( ThisHour = NotifcationHour, "yes", "no" )

@Anonymous ,
