Average based on 10%

i need to get the data on a metrix of "top 10%" of the prices i have .

can i create a measure for that ?

I have created a simple sample, please refer to it to see if it helps you.

Create a measure.

Measure =
VAR T10 =
    TOPN (
        ROUNDUP ( COUNTROWS ( ALL ( 'Table' ) ) * 0.1, 0 ),
        ALL ( 'Table' ),
        'Table'[price], DESC
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE ( MAX ( 'Table'[price] ), KEEPFILTERS ( T10 ) )

If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information.
