Average all values in a column and show the las period with data DAX or Power Query

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing great!

I need help in DAX or Power Query.

I need to calculate:

• The average in the column C (all values in column C,  all months).
• The average in each value in column C by month.
• The score the last month with data.

I have a matrix with a measure that have a score , thus:

Image2. The data used in the matrix

Image3. Measure "Score S"

Image4. The relationships.

Image5. I expected that two tables.

I expected:

I'm sorry for reply so late.

Image1. I need to have a calculate column o measure with the Row Totals  and Column Total.

In a nutshell, I need  to create two matrix:

• First matrix with Row Total how in the image1 (above) and
• Second matrix with Column Totals (image1).

In the final, the twice matrix will see how the image5(image here below)

Image5. I need to use the new calculate columns or measure with the averages.
