I'm looking for a way to automatically export data from Power BI visualizations to CSV or excel. If you click on the more options on each visualization, it gives you the option to export the underlying data used to create each visual. Is there a way to make Power Bi export the data every time the dashboard is refreshed? I created a button with power automate within Power Bi to export the data and it works but it seems there isn't a way to schedule the button to run automatically every time the data is refreshed. Thank you

An easier way would be to make simple paginated reports from your existing published Power BI dataset and then subscribe to them at the desired frequency, to get either CSV or Excel file emailed to you. You can then make a flow that is triggered by the receipt of those emails, where you can store the file on SharePoint/OneDrive as needed.

Hey Pat,
Thank you for your solution but saving the Paginated Report isn't the issue. The issue is that I need to save the Paginated Report as an Excel table. The reason for this is because the Office 365 Send mail connector requires the data to be in table format for me to be able to use the Dynamic content from the excel file. I want to be able to capture the value from let's say 'cell A3' in the excel file and post the value in the Office 365 send email connector.
This is a short youtube video that kinda shows what I'm trying to achieve: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg4NmlscoFU
My only problem is that since the paginated report isn't in that table format. The connector cant read it.
