Automatically group using keywords

Not sure this is even possible but here goes. I have a very large column with various text. I want to use certian keywords to group things together. For exmaple there may be the following:

cisco 1

cisco 2

cisco 3

cisco 4

I can create a group manually and group these together in a group called "Cisco". However this table is regulalry updated and when new data is imported there might be new entires like cisco 5 and cisco 6 when the table updates. I want to group these together automatically using the keyword Cisco grouping anything with Cisco in it into the Cisco group.

I have many keywords that i want to create groups with. Any idea how i can do this?

If you have a fixed set of groups, you can solve your problem with a calculated column and SWITCH ( TRUE(), ... ) in it:

If your set of groups is expected to be updated frequently then you might need to keep it in a separate table, solution will be more complicated then.

This is working very well but ran into a issue. Minor and could probably work around it but maybe there is a fix.

One of the keywords in my big list is "git". I found that its also matching on "digital" since "git" is also foundin "Digital". Is there a way to specify the value must be an exact match?
