Helper IIAutomatically constrain datasets to a specific standard deviation for statistical functions
This is probably something for a suggestion but...is there a way to have PBi evaluate a dataset on provided columns and assign a standard deviation value and then automagically filter the dataset for only the values that fall within? So for aggrgates or averages, etc, the calculations will be done only on data that falls with in the specific StdDev value.
Of course the pupose is to prevent outliers from skewing averages and other statistical functions.
I see all kinds of complications that could arise, but hey, maybe the geniuses at MS have figured it all out?

As per my understanding, Power BI currently lacks a built-in feature that automatically evaluates a dataset, assigns a standard deviation value, and filters data to include only those values within a specified standard deviation range. As suggested by amitchandak , we highly recommend that you submit or vote for this as a feature request on the Microsoft Fabric Ideas portal. The Microsoft product teams closely monitor this portal for popular feature requests.

dthompsonKairos , Please log an Idea for that. As if now you have to create measure or calculated column and filter that out
