I'm using a multi TAB dashboard, on the front page I am retreiving a customer name using a salesforce report, on the second tab I'm using multiple Charts, Slicers etc with that same Customer Name as the Visual Filter. Is there a way I can automatically update the Visual Level filters based on the customer name?

AFAIK, it is not possible to automatically update the visual level filters. However you can try drillthrough filters, see Use drillthrough in Power BI Desktop
