Automatically Filter Reports to Export

Hello,

I have a medium size business and I have to send monthly reports to my clients, but every time I have to send the reports I have to filter the clients name and export it one by one. I was wondering if there is any cost-efficient workaround either in Power BI Service or Power BI REST API to filter reports automatically and export it to PDF Format without having to purchase the Power BI Premium license.

    Hmm, the general solution to that is RLS and giving customers direct access to the reports. You would want to use Embedded, which is far less expensive than Premium and you do not need Pro for your customers.

    I am in the same boat, It would really help our team, we are a team of 40 engineers do this every week, filter reports by customer and share them with cusotmers. If this can be automated in any way it would really save us a lot of time.
