Automatic refresh

Hi Folks, is there anyway round having to manually refresh reports on Power BI desktop .  My reports are updated once a morning but the refresh and publish takes about 5 minutes to run for each rep...

Richard76 i think it is only possible if your reports are on direct query mode not on import mode. pl refer to below link for deails

the other option, you can publish the same report to shared workspace and your personal workspace. You can then configure auto refresh on your personal workspace and once data looks ok then you can manully refresh the reports on the shared workspace. this way you can avoid efforts of pulling data into powerbi desktop and then publishing the refreshed data to workspace. thanks

    Thanks for the reply - unfortunately the data is import mode rather than direct . I didnt think of using the personal and shared workspaces however so that may be a solution .
