Automatic Refresh From HTML Export

Is it possible to set up an auto refresh in powerbi through a web data source that is being brought in from an HTML Export?

@Greg_Deckler yes. I pull it from Jira, but export the table as an HTML link with current fields. So everytime I export its a different link. That link goes into the web source on PBI. Just trying to find a way where I dont have to manually grab it everyday.
