Take a look at this article. Is your report set up correctly? I did a quick test and for me it's working fine.

I had to go into the Admin portal and change the settings for refresh there. https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/ppuTenantSettings?experience=power-bi
It now works as expected, thank you for your quick reply and support.
