Auto refreshes

Hi, 

It is said by Microsoft that the Maximum number of automatic refreshes allowed per day for premium is 48

 

My questions:

1 Is this 48 number for a single dataset or for all the datasets in a workspace?

2 Also does the number also include data flow refreshes?

    1. It is for single dataset, not for al;l datasets in the workspace.
