Assistance in Filtering Multiple Locations with Same Name

Hello.

I am working on a desktop for a healthcare system.  I have 2 filters - one for facility and one for unit.  The problem that I am running into is that even though I have my model set with Facility filtering Unit, it is still combining units of same names

For example Facility A, B, and C all have "ICU" as a unit.  When selecting Facility A from the first filter it gives me all the units for that facility whichs includes an ICU unit.  If I select the IUC unit though it pulls data from Facility A, B, and C since they all have ICUs.

How can I fix this?

Thank you in advance.

make your filter a hierarchy filter with both Facility and Unit fields.
