Hi All,
I'm attempting to send data from Power BI to Power Automate using the Power Automate connector in Power BI. The process works smoothly for the first 10 attempts, but after that, I encounter an error. Power BI stops sending data to Power Automate, and the flow fails.
To resolve this, I create a new flow, set up the actions again, and create a new button. This workaround works for another 10 attempts, but the issue repeats in a cycle. I've also added a 20-second delay, but that hasn’t resolved the problem.
Could anyone help me understand what might be causing this issue? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

The Power Automate visual is limited to process a maximum of 1000 records. Please refer limitation section of this page.
Power BI button flows usually support around 512 to 1000 rows only. There are few workarouns you can check,
Split the data – Apply filters or use DAX to send limited rows per trigger and run multiple flows.
Send only IDs – Pass just the row IDs from Power BI, and then fetch complete records from SQL, SharePoint, etc., within Power Automate.
Use a staging file – Push data to Excel, SharePoint list, or Dataverse first, and let Power Automate pick it up from there in batches.
Use Premium features – With Power BI Premium, you can handle larger datasets using REST APIs.
Hi @userfromearth ,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
You are hitting flow execution limits, throttling, or session issues which are all handled on the Power Automate backend. Experts of power automate can advise on limits, retry policies, and flow design improvements.
As this is microsoft fabrics forum, i would suggest raising a ticket is power automate forum for faster resolutions.
