ArcGIS Data not shown in App.powerBI

hi everyone,

can anyone explain to me why in the power bi desktop version in my arcgis map visualization i can see the data/bubbles but when i publish the report and access the report via app.powerBI it just shows me the blank map with no data/bubbles in it.

Whether ArcGIS map can display the data in Service now? If no, you can try the solution in the below thread which has the similar problem as yours. Later check if it works or not...

Thank you @Anonymous the update fixed it. It's worrying that using old versions of Power BI can cause failures in existing functionality...
