I struggle with the problem.
I need to apply calcultion of this card to a table below. Every row should get the same value as from card.
Somehow It's not working, there is still applying context to each row.

Try this measure
YTD Average Delay =
CALCULATE (
TOTALYTD ( AVERAGE ( 'Table1'[Delayed Days] ), 'Date Created'[Date] ),
ALLSELECTED ( 'Table1' )
)
The ALLSELECTED function gets the context that represents all rows and columns in the query, while keeping explicit filters and contexts other than row and column filters. This function can be used to obtain visual totals in queries.
