Apply button in one slicer and not in other slicer

I need to create two slicer in Power BI with one First slicer will be a dropdown and not have a apply button. So selection of first slicer filter values in Second Slicer and Second slicer will have a apply button controlling it.

If I drop down First Slicer there will be no apply button like below image

The second slicer will have an Apply button.

These screenshots are from Tableau Dashboard I want to do in PowerBI.

Power Bi and Tableau are diffeerent.

It is best pratice that you learn how to use Power BI, rather than keep trying to copy Tableau.
