Apply bookmarks to multiple pages

Hello there!

I am trying to add language switch into the dashboard. So I created 2 bookmarks: English and Czech. But if I choose one of them, it works only on 1 page. Could you, please, advice me, how to apply it to all pages?

Here is my sample file:

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Anonymous ,

As far as my reserch, I'm afraid you could only add bookmarks for each page, bookmarks are exclusive to each page.

Hi friend - I know it has been a few years since you posted this, but I do have a workaround you can use that works for me.

You can make as many bookmarks as you want and on different pages (tabs) of a single report. However, for the navigation part, instead of using "Navigator" (since that will put all Bookmarks buttons in one single block), create individual buttons for each bookmark on any combination of different pages/tabs as you would like for your setup.

Then for each button, in Format Shape > Action > Type, select "Bookmark" and then choose the specific bookmark you want. You can make as many of these as you want and they can be on any page. Click "Update" to apply your settings to the specific button/bookmark just as you normally would.

Hope this helps! The "Navigator" block of buttons is what was throwing me off. If you create individual buttons it works just fine.

So if I understand correctly the accepted solution here is to have one English and one Czech bookmark for each page (so 2*n bookmarks for n pages in total) and switching language has to be done by the user for each page independently?

@Anonymous , bookmark has a scope of page.  If that can be done using a slicer, then you can have a sync slicer
