Apply Query Changes

Hello,

I am getting data from the WEB and since there are several pages that I want to retreive the information I made an Excel with the pages URL that I want to get and got the data into PowerBI. Then I made a parameter and a function to get the data from the various pages. In PowerQuery it works fine, sometimes takes a bit longer but not more than 2-3 minutes max when I expand the tables after creating the Custom Function column.

When I click "close and apply" and it Applys the Query changes, it takes a loooong time. I've been waiting for about 40 minutes and still not done. 1 of the tables has around 4500 rows and the other one a bit more than 5000 (I think it ain't that much?)

Probably doing something wrong or is it normal since it is getting data from the WEB?

Hey, 

It won't take that much long for the few records. 

1. Are you taking the data from a local server Web application 

2. Check with the bandwidth of the website

3. Check without the transformations applied to check the time taking is same or not.
