Apply Conditional Formatting to All series
It would be a huge time-saver to be able to apply Conditional Formatting to All series in a table or matrix in Power BI Desktop, rather than having to select each column individually.
Hi CJSquibb ,
Totally agree, this would definitely be a big time-saver. Currently, Power BI doesn’t support applying conditional formatting to all series or columns at once; it needs to be set up individually for each field.
I have pasted this idea on the community forum, you can consider voting for it, so it can be prioritized in future updates:

I have responded and voted on that thread, and have asked my contacts to vote as well. Thank you for posting it - but surely I can't be the only person who has asked for it!

CJSquibb ,
This isn't currently possible in Power BI. You have to apply conditional formatting to each column individually.
Submit this as a feature request through the Power BI Ideas forum. It's a common user complaint that Microsoft tracks for future updates.

Hi CJSquibb
In Power BI Desktop, applying conditional formatting currently requires selecting each field or measure individually, which becomes time-consuming when working with large tables or matrices that contain many columns or series. A feature that allows applying the same conditional formatting rule to all relevant columns at once would significantly improve efficiency and consistency, especially for reports with standardized styling or large datasets. Instead of repeating the same clicks and settings for each column, users could set the rule once and automatically apply it across all series, making formatting faster, more scalable, and less error-prone.
