Append to array variable

Hope you are well. 

I am trying to create a Power automate to allow data from my BI be exported to a user via email. 

so far i can not get the apply to each to work 😞

 please can someone point me in the right direction

May be it's a simple question, but i tried a lot and i cannot get it.

How did you get the Json fromat from the Power BI for the value field of append to array variable?
