Append query never loads

I have two tables that are loading from sharepoint list.  They both load instanteounsly.   However when I append the two tables in a single table and I apply the changes the "Apply Query Changes" nev...

    You may try File > Options and settings > Options > Privacy or use UNION Function in DAX.
