Hi,

Share data in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file.  Claearly show how the Total year forecast has to be calculated.  Should the YTD actual calulcation be based on today's date or month selected in a slicer?

I have switched my data in excel like this in order to get to graph above. Is that necessary? Please advise. 

Actually, the box is just one of sample, my ultimate goal is to have 8 of them. Do you have any suggestion? Do I have to switch the data in Excel like above for each project and each box? I have more than 100 projects. Please help me. Appreciated!
