Any suggestion for auto-filtering empty values without affecting other figures?

Hello everyone, 

I need your help. 

I have tried a different method - Filter panel to fitler out empty values under Difference B column without affecting other figures but another figure ($1,500) is filtered out. Do you have any suggestion for auto-filtering out empty values in a matrix table when selecting in a slicer?

if all values in a matrix row are blank the row will not render.  Change your $0 results to BLANK()
