Any idea how to connect feedback with a form when their dates differ?

Hey there,

I have a table with feedback data and a table with form data. The problem is simple, people don't submit their surveys right after they complete a form. (Usually, it's one day after yet it might be even more) Due to this problem, I am basically unable to to transfer all the records through merge queries function(it's somewhere around 75% now). Do you have any idea how to solve it?

Please share more about the columns and example data in each table, so we can suggest possible solutions.  For example, do you have email address in both?  Is there a single row for each person in both tables?
