Analyzing survey results of two questions

Hi all,

I have the survey results of two questions with results ranging from (1,2,3,4,5) and I have around 2000 participants so 2000 data points.

I would like to compare the two together in a scatter plot but the issue is that the data points overlap each other. This is due to many people answering the same answer. (e.g., 500 people answering 3, 600 answering 2)

How would you go around visualising all these overlapping points?

Hi @evek ,

Can you please elaborate on what you would like to show through visual? By your description, there are many people with the same answer, which would result in overlapping data points, so have you considered using Count of Person to show the number of identical answers? If I misunderstood, can you please share more details to help us clarify your scenario?

Please provide me with more details about your problem or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.

Thanks so much for the effort JIanbo! 🙂 My issue here is that the dots overlapp each other due to many participants having the same answer. When this happens, the visual does not really help to explain what is happening.
