AnalysisServicesWorkspace folders not deleted

Thank you, Lin, for your reply but the problem is that after closing PBI the files still remain until I delete them manually.

I have tested on my side and looked up a lot of information, but not reproduce the issue.
It should not be normal, you may try to Clear Cache Of Power BI Desktop or completely uninstall the desktop and delete the folders then reinstall again.

If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.
