Analysing process flow

Hi,

I have a dataset like below, Process A to Process H are not in sequence.

I need to analyse where is the choke points for each product with so many process involved (ie which process took longer time to complete). How do I present it in the dashboard?

I think you could use a Gantt chart, search for it in AppSource and give that a look.
