Analysing Time based data

Hi Guys

So i have a data set which has a long list of dates and times which refer to an order creation.

I would like to analyse how mnay orders fall into a specifc time slot i.e. 12pm-3pm.

I am aware that i could create a group within the field bar but it is a large data set and would take a long time.

Any suggestions?
