An item with the same key has already been added (extract template only)

Hi all

I am receiving the unexpected error "an item with the same key has alrady been added" whenever I open up a exported template file only.

If I import the data, save as a desktop document, the error then doesn't appear on next load up.

This is happening when connecting to SQL Server and importing data through stored procedure execution and also connecting to a flat Excel file.

Version I'm running is Version: 2.53.4954.481 64-bit (December 2017)

Is anyone else getting similar issues?
