Try one of the following, not sure if you need to multiply or divide:
AR_AMT_SGD = [AR_AMT_] * [_rate]
AR_AMT_SGD = DIVIDE([AR_AMT_] , [_rate],BLANK() )

If you want AR_AMT * _Rate, then shouldn't the formula be:
Covering the world! 9:00-10:30 AM Sydney, 4:00-5:30 PM CET (Paris/Berlin), 7:00-8:30 PM Mexico City
