Amazon Redshift - DirectQuery - Couldn't Load Data For This Visual

Issue: 

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Amazon Redshift is listed as a source that can be direct queried

2. Current version of Redshift is up-to-date = 1.0.36926

3. Power BI desktop is up to date March 2022.

4. I can see the 10 rows of data in Power Query Editor from the direct query editor view, so I know my query is valid. 

What else can I do to troubleshoot? Any documentation available?
