Allow Measures to Feed Tooltip Text for Help Tooltip (Header Icons)
Hi Experts,
Please allow the Tooltip Text of the Help Tooltip within Header Icons to be driven by a measure instead of static text.
This would enable dynamic, context-aware help messages that update based on slicers, filters, and user selections. For example, the tooltip could explain what a visual represents for the currently selected period, region, or metric, rather than displaying generic instructions.

In Power BI, the Help tooltip (header icon) currently supports only static text and cannot be driven by measures or DAX, so it does not respond to slicers, filters, or context. As a workaround, you can use a report page tooltip or a text box with conditional formatting (fx) driven by a measure to show dynamic, context-aware explanations. These options allow tooltip content to change based on the selected period, region, or metric, even though the native header help tooltip itself remains static.
