Hi,
I'm working on a maintenance ticket system. I'm creating a report about how many tickets were created in the past 2 weeks.
Each ticket has an Id, what I do is do a count distinct of Id to get how many tickets were created. Then, I want to display the number of tickets created for each day. This is what I get :
As you can see, the aggregation is not done and it creates one bar for each ticket. I would like to have the sum of all tickets for each day.
Thank you very much in advance !
Antoine

Hi,
It's fine, I actually found out how to solve my problem using the arrow symbols at the top of charts that let you drill down.
Thanks
Hey,
can you please provide sample data and do you have a separate calendar table, and if so how is this table related to your ticket table.
Regards
Hi,
Sorry it's company data, I'm not really allowed to share anything...
And no I don't have a calendar table, create_time is a field in which the creation date and time are saved.
Regards
Hey,
this is why I asked for sample data, maybe you will find some time and prepare pbix file with some data you entered manually using the enter data functionality in Power BI desktop
Cheers
