After install the latest version of pbi on WIN7, I cannot open power bi, even reinstall the old ver

After install the latest version of pbi desltop(2021.08) on WIN7, I cannot open power bi. (See ERROR1)

I checked on the MS website said pbi no longer support WIN7.

So I uninstall the power bi desktop using control panel->Programs and Features, I found that I stuck at the last step - deleting some backup file, so I just close the uninstall dialogue. After that, I reinstall the old version ( 2020.10). Then I found that I cannot open old version at all...(error 2)

Now, I cannot use power bi desktop on my laptop... Anyone help on this issue? Thanks in advance.
