Advanced Editor not in view tab

Hello all, 

 

I am trying to open advanced editor on desktop. I have some screenshots below, but does anyone have tips on adding this? I searched through the settings and didn't see a way to customize ribbon which makes me think maybe this is a permissions issue?

    Hi zwithrow ,

     

    The advance editor is part of Power Query, to get to the Power Query editor you need to go to transform data in the Home tab, then you see the bar that you present on the secon image:
