Adobe Analytics Connector Issue

Hello,

I have been using Adobe Analytics to import data for 6 months now. Today morning from nowhere all my reports using Adobe Analytics connector failed with this error :

Can't seem to get my head around it. Same error on both service and desktop.

Note - The "Implementation" version selected is 2.0

Have contacted Adobe Support but whenever its a PowerBI Connector issue they always have one answer that is to contact Microsoft.

Hi @sahilmehta9 were you able to find a solution? I've used the Adobe native connector but I had issues sometimes. As a workaround, maybe you can test your connection with a 3rd party tool. I've tried windsor.ai , supemetrics (which doesn't has PBI as a destination, so you first have to export to Google Sheets and then export to PBI) and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder,  to make the connection first search for the Adobe connector in the data sources list:

Then, you should enter your Adobe credentials to make the connection. After that, you'll see a preview of your data where you can select the fields you want to see in PBI. 

Finally, you just have to choose PBI as destination and copy and paste the url that will appear there in PBI desktop --> Get Data --Web > --> Paste the link

@sahilmehta9 , Make sure you are using the latest version of power bi(Dec-2022) .

Clear data source credentials and try again.
