How about, I can't find the "tenant management" option. Can you help me? Thanks a lot!

this indicates that you are not a Power BI / Fabric Admin. You have to get in touch with your Global Azure Admin and ask for the appropriate permissions:

Firstly make sure you have the right permissions. Tenant Management options are typically available to administrators, such as Global Admins or Tenant Admins.
